[ what the form collects ]

The contact form asks for a name, an email address, a subject and a message. Nothing else is requested, and we ask that you do not send sensitive personal information through it.

[ why and on what basis ]

We use what you send only to read your message and reply to it, on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in answering correspondence about the guide. It is never used for marketing and never sold or shared with hotels.

[ how long we keep it ]

Correspondence is kept while a question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a correction can be traced back to its source. After that it is deleted.

[ server logs ]

Our host records ordinary technical information such as the requested address, the time of the request, a truncated network address and the browser string. These logs are used for security and for keeping the site running, and they are rotated by the host.

[ no analytics, no trackers ]

There is no analytics on this site. No tracking scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies, no fingerprinting, no embedded social widgets. Nothing is stored in your browser: no cookies of our own, no local storage, no session storage. The single script on the site opens and closes the menu, and it does nothing else.

[ hosting and processors ]

The site is served by a hosting provider that processes requests on our behalf under a written agreement. Mail sent through the contact address is handled by an email provider on the same basis. No other processor is involved.

[ your rights ]

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use or ask for a copy. Write to [Email]. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
